There is significance relationship at P 0.05 between nurse's (age, gender, years of employment in the hospital, and training course of nosocomial infection) and nurse's knowledge toward NI.Ĭonclusion: The study concluded that the nurses not have appropriate knowledge toward nosocomail infection The result indicated that most of the nurses (69%) have poor knowledge toward NI. Objective: To assess nurses' knowledge about nosocomial infection at hospital in Baghdad city. Some approaches that will help reduce stress and increase the chance of a good outcome are presented. These crucial conversations can be tricky to navigate, and all require skill. This article discusses five crucial conversations that drive educational excellence while preventing teacher burnout. Some cope well and remain resilient in the same environments that overwhelm others. But not all teachers are consumed in this cycle. Consequently, everyone suffers when teachers are trapped in this cycle of stress, withdrawal, and burnout. Teachers in or approaching burnout suffer depleted energy, lowered resistance to illness, increased absenteeism, and decreased effectiveness on the job. In burnout, their relationships become increasingly depersonalized and they become chronically pessimistic. When teachers retreat, they cross a line between simple stress and serious burnout. Findings of this study highlight the need for educators to explore novel and effective ways in which to engage nurses in group work.Ĭhallenges such as overcrowded classrooms, poor administrative and parental support, loss of control in the classroom, and bureaucratic red tape are enough to make any teacher abandon the fight for educational excellence and run for the ridge. ![]() Conclusion: The ability to work effectively in small groups and teams is essential for all health-care workers in the contemporary health environment. Implications for teaching and learning are drawn from this study. However, they were able to elucidate some enjoyable and positive aspects of group work. ![]() Results: Over all, students experienced a range of challenges that necessitated the development of problem-solving strategies. Aim: This study aimed to identify challenges and benefits associated with small group work and to explore options for retaining the positive aspects of group work while reducing or eliminating the aspects the students experienced as negative. Many of the challenges occur because group work necessitates the coming together of collections of individuals, each with their own personalities and sets of experiences. However, small group work can be problematic and present challenges for students. The advantage of group work includes facilitation of deep, active and collaborative learning. Small group work is an educational technique that is used extensively in nurse education. Background: For health-care professionals, particularly nurses, the need to work productively and efficiently in small groups is a crucial skill required to meet the challenges of the contemporary health-care environment.
